“Zeutering” To Launch Later This Year – Purebred Breeders Reviews

By Marcus Haskins | Published: April 9, 2012

Some people make the decision not to neuter their dogs because they have a problem with the invasive nature of the operation, fear of the complications, or a problem with removing a part of their dog’s body. If you are one of those persons, then Purebred Breeders reviews is happy to announce that a different way of neutering dogs exists, and will be available full scale sometime later this year. Referred to as Zinc Neutering (called zeutering by some for short), the option is an injection administered directly to the site, that takes its full effect within one month.

What is Zinc Neutering?

Zeutering is an FDA approved procedure for pups 3 to 10 months old. It involves a mixture of zinc gluconate, L-Arginine (an amino acid), and purified water. Purebred Breeders review understands that the injection has been in use in other countries as well, namely; Bolivia, Columbia, and Mexico. It is far more cost-efficient than surgery, faster, and eliminates the threats that come from invasive surgery.

Is It Safe?

So far, the answer to this is “Yes”. However, there has only been about 300 zeutered dogs in the US. Purebred Breeders reviews that a sample this big is sufficient to notice problems, but we are still waiting to see what the experts say before drawing a final conclusion. Additionally, there is still some question about whether or not the injection quells some problematic behaviors in male dogs that are linked to the urge to mate.

There is also no concrete word on whether or not it removes that urge overall. Still, the FDA approval is a boost of confidence. Only the future can tell what the reception will be to the procedure, both by dog owners and non-owners who somehow seem to have a problem with seeing dangling male dog parts. Either way, an alternative now exists, and Purebred Breeders reviews is anxious to see what it truly means to dogs and their owners everywhere.

We can only hope for the best.
